Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026 Version: 1.0

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the products and websites operated under the Delusion brand ("Delusion", "we", "us"), including:

  • Dwork: email on your own domain ("Mail"), video meetings ("Meet"), and combined Mail + Meet seats, available at https://dwork.delusiongroup.com
  • DeluHub: a shared context hub for AI assistants, offered on Solo and Team plans, available at https://deluhub.delusiongroup.com
  • the website https://delusiongroup.com

(together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by Delusion Group, a business registered in Vietnam. Business registration details are available on request from support@delusiongroup.com.

By creating an account, starting a checkout, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it, and "you" means that organisation.

1. Accounts

1.1 You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.

1.2 You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us at support@delusiongroup.com straight away if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

1.3 Workspace administrators control the user accounts, seats, domains and settings of their workspace. We may act on instructions from a workspace administrator.

1.4 You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal capacity where you live if higher, to create an account. The Services are designed for businesses and professionals, not for children.

2. Plans, prices and payment

2.1 Prices. Current plans and prices are listed on our pricing pages: https://delusiongroup.com/products/ (Dwork) and https://deluhub.delusiongroup.com/pricing (DeluHub). Each price shows whether tax is included. The price shown at checkout or in your signed order is the price you pay for that billing period.

2.2 Seats and terms. Dwork is billed per seat per month, and may be prepaid for longer terms where offered. DeluHub is billed per plan or per seat as stated on its pricing page. There is no free trial.

2.3 International customers (Lemon Squeezy). Online card and wallet payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as our reseller and Merchant of Record. This means that, for those orders:

  • Lemon Squeezy sells the subscription to you and handles checkout, payment, sales tax or VAT, invoices and receipts;
  • Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms) and privacy policy apply to the payment, in addition to these Terms;
  • questions about a charge, invoice or tax can go to us or to Lemon Squeezy.

2.4 Vietnamese business customers. Businesses in Vietnam may instead sign a direct order or service agreement with us and pay by bank transfer in VND. In that case the order or agreement, together with these Terms, sets out the price, term and invoicing. If they conflict, the signed order or agreement prevails.

2.5 Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. Directly contracted plans renew as stated in the order.

2.6 Price changes. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product before a price change applies to your subscription. The change takes effect from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it applies.

2.7 Late or failed payment. If a payment fails or an invoice is overdue, we will notify you. If it is not resolved within 14 days, we may suspend paid features under section 7.

3. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. How the Services are provided

4.1 Access. The Services run in a modern web browser on desktop and mobile devices. Dwork Mail also works with standard email clients (IMAP/SMTP). Your plan sets how many users or seats can use the Services at once.

4.2 Setup. For Dwork, we aim to set up your domain within 1 business day after payment, provided you can update your domain's DNS records.

4.3 Features in development. Some features may be marked "In development" or "Beta". They are provided as they are, may change, and are not covered by any service commitment.

4.4 Fair use for meetings and recording.

  • Meeting minutes are unlimited for normal business use.
  • Cloud recording includes 1 hour per seat per month, pooled across your company's workspace.
  • Cloud recordings are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Download any recording you want to keep before then.
  • Once the pooled cloud recording allowance is used, you can keep recording locally in your browser (see 4.5) at no extra cost.
  • Cloud recording may not yet be available on every plan. Where it is not available, only local recording is offered.

"Normal business use" excludes, for example, running unattended 24/7 streams, using meetings as a broadcast or relay service, or automated load that degrades the Services for others.

4.5 Local browser recording. Local recording saves the meeting directly to your device. We do not receive or store local recordings. You are responsible for storing them securely.

4.6 Recording consent. Our meeting tools ask each participant to agree or decline before recording, show a visible recording indicator, and let participants who decline stay in the meeting with camera and microphone off. You, as the person or organisation that starts a recording (cloud or local), are responsible for informing participants and obtaining any consent required by the laws that apply to you and to them.

4.7 Availability. We work to keep the Services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Services may be unavailable during planned maintenance (we aim to announce it in advance where practical), or because of failures of networks, hosting providers or other events outside our reasonable control. Unless a separate written service level agreement applies, the Services are provided without a specific uptime commitment.

4.8 Support. Contact support@delusiongroup.com. We aim to send a first reply within 12 hours. See section 12 for complaints.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Services to:

  • break any law, including laws on spam, consumer protection, data protection, intellectual property, cybersecurity or content;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, phishing, or messages with forged headers;
  • store or share malware, or content that is illegal, abusive, sexually exploits children, or infringes others' rights;
  • record people without the notice or consent required by law;
  • probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services, or bypass security or usage limits, without our written permission;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties as a service, unless we agree in writing;
  • reverse engineer the Services except where the law allows it;
  • interfere with the Services or other customers' use of them.

We may remove content, block sending, or suspend accounts that breach this section, as described in section 7. We cooperate with competent authorities where the law requires.

6. Your content and data

6.1 You own your content. Email, attachments, contacts, calendars, meeting recordings, transcripts, documents and other data you or your users put into the Services ("Customer Content") belong to you. We claim no ownership of it.

6.2 Our licence to operate the Services. You give us a limited permission to host, store, transmit, process and display Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure and support the Services, and to comply with the law.

6.3 No other use. We do not sell Customer Content, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

6.4 Your responsibility. You are responsible for Customer Content and for having the rights and consents needed to put it into the Services.

6.5 Personal data. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data in Customer Content on your behalf, we act as your processor, and our Data Processing Addendum applies.

6.6 Our property. The Services, software, designs, brand names and logos belong to us or our licensors. These Terms give you a right to use the Services during your subscription, and no other rights.

6.7 Feedback. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

7. Suspension

7.1 We may suspend all or part of the Services if:

  • you seriously or repeatedly breach section 5;
  • payment is overdue as described in section 2.7;
  • your use creates a security risk or threatens the stability of the Services for others; or
  • a competent authority requires it.

7.2 Where practical and lawful, we will notify you before suspending and give you a chance to fix the issue. In urgent cases (for example active abuse or a security incident), we may suspend first and notify you promptly afterwards.

7.3 We will restore the Services once the cause is resolved.

8. Cancellation, termination and data export

8.1 You can cancel at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing support@delusiongroup.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless you ask for immediate termination. We confirm cancellation requests within 2 business days. If no effective date is stated, termination takes effect when we receive your notice. Refunds on cancellation follow the Refund Policy.

8.2 We may terminate your subscription with 30 days' notice for any reason, and we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period. We may terminate immediately for a serious breach of these Terms that is not fixed within 14 days of notice, or where the law requires.

8.3 Export. You can export your data at any time while your subscription is active (for example mail via IMAP, recordings by download, DeluHub data via export). After cancellation or termination, your workspace is kept read-only for 30 days so you can export. After that, we delete Customer Content from active systems, and from backups within a further 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the Services will meet every requirement, be error free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 To the extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data that could have been avoided by keeping reasonable backups.

10.2 To the extent allowed by law, each party's total liability arising from these Terms in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, to your payment obligations, or to breaches of section 5.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or the law. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the product at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. If you do not agree, you can cancel before it takes effect and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid fees for the unused period.

12. Complaints and disputes

12.1 How to complain. Email support@delusiongroup.com with your account email, a description of the issue and any order number.

12.2 Process and timing. We acknowledge complaints within 12 hours (first reply), aim to resolve technical and account issues within 3 business days and billing or refund issues within 7 business days, and tell you if more time is needed and why.

12.3 Payments made through Lemon Squeezy can also be raised with Lemon Squeezy under its buyer terms.

12.4 Escalation. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the competent consumer protection or e-commerce authority where you live.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. The parties will first try to settle any dispute by negotiation in good faith. If that fails within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by a competent court in Vietnam. If you are a consumer living outside Vietnam, you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and may bring proceedings there where those laws allow.

14. Other terms

  • If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
  • Failing to enforce a right is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them to a successor business that takes over the Services, with notice to you.
  • Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • These Terms, the policies they link to and any signed order are the entire agreement about the Services.
  • The Vietnamese version of these Terms published on our website prevails over the English version for customers in Vietnam, to the extent required by law. A Vietnamese version is being prepared.
