A full refund on any charge, within 24 hours.
How to check: Email us from the admin address with the order number. No reason needed.
30 days
Notice before any price change.
How to check: An email to every billing admin at least 30 days ahead. Your current price holds until your renewal date.
Anytime
Export your data whenever you want.
How to check: Download it at any time while your subscription is active, and for 30 days after it ends. Then we delete it.
Never
We never sell your data or train AI models on it.
How to check: Ask admin@delusiongroup.com which services handle your data. We answer in writing.

The name
The name and the founder
A delusion is the plan everyone says will not work. We pick one and make it run every day.
We kept the word people use to dismiss big plans. It reminds us that the idea is the easy part. The work is making it reliable, plain and worth paying for.
Delusion Group was started by Duy Hung, its founder, who has built software for small businesses since 2019. He still reviews every screen before it ships.
